Outdoor table

A tree recently cut down I was asked first if the top could be made flat and a table that required very little maintenance could be made for drinks in the summer.

I chose to use Deck Boards as they're treated and meant to endure this lovely weather we all talk so much about. using pine batons under neath i screwed up and into the deck boards. Where the corners were sharp and again head height for children i used sandpaper to round all corners off.  I used a manual rasp to level the tree trunk and boy it took some effort. To attach the top i drilled straight down into the tree trunk between the grooves of the deck boards.

A Cheap, low maintenance and useful little table.
